Energy efficiency:The development of a pioneering energy efficiency tool that constantly monitors electricity consumption in the car parks allows us to detect – in real time – any possible incidents that could increase the cost of supply. This tool also makes it possible to monitor energy efficiency protocols that been set up for maintenance and operations, as well as to achieve the best conditions for electricity supply contracting. In this way we can offer all our customers lighting levels never before seen in car parks, with the goal of offering maximum security to all users – without unduly affecting electricity consumption while offering the consequent environmental savings.

Electric recharging points:
Electric transport is no longer a thing of the future at Serranopark. We believe that this is the environmentally appropriate way to meet urban transportation needs, and would like to actively participate in its development. In our car parks you will find the largest electric recharging network in Spain, with over 160 connection points in the public as well as residential parking areas.
Thanks to our commitment to developing electric transport, Serranopark has signed a collaboration agreement with Peugeot, and currently has two iOn 100% electric vehicles to meet its transportation needs.
