Resident Parking

For all those residents who would like to park their cars worry-free in the centre of Madrid, Serranopark offers user rights concessions lasting until 2048, with 2,350 parking spaces distributed among three car parks along 2.1 km of Serrano street – from the intersection with Hermanos Bécquer street to the Plaza de la Independencia.

The 2.4 x 4.75 m parking spaces boast all the features that make Serranopark unique in terms of convenience and security. These include restricted access to resident parking floors for users, a column-free design, number plate readers, centralised control of facilities, energy efficiency systems, electric recharging points, etc.

Larger parking spaces are also available for long-term residential parking users showing proof of disability.

Serranopark is managing the marketing of these spaces, which are owned by the city and have the following features:
  • Concession lasting until August, 2048.
  • Amount based on a fixed payment depending on the floor (basement -2, basement -3 and basement -4), along with a monthly service management fee approved each year by the Madrid City Council.
  • The possibility of authorisation for up to five number plates for parking space use.

Step-by-step description of the process


Applying for a space: Contact us, and we will give you an appointment for reserving the parking space and filling out the application.
Contracting process: After making sure you comply with the requirements for applying for a parking space, the Madrid City Council will draw up a promissory note in your name for the total amount of the space, which can be paid at any of the payment locations listed on that note.
Signing of the contract: Once payment has been made, call us for an appointment to sign the contract. It is important that either the applicant or an authorised representative of that applicant be present. At that time, we will give you your access cards upon receipt of a bank transfer authorisation for your monthly fee and a list of car number plates that you authorise to use the parking space.
