No, the Madrid City Council will verify if family members are registered in the residency of the concession holder.

How can I visit the car park to check on free parking spaces?

If you contact us, we will be glad to show you the floor plan with the open spaces, and accompany you through the car park so you can see those spaces before deciding.

Is it necessary to go to the municipal offices?

What documentation must be presented by businesses applying for a parking space?

The documentation should include: the company's articles of constitution showing its tax identification number, a receipt from the latest VAT and corporate tax payment, and the power of attorney of the person signing the contract, along with his or her national identification card. Should that company be located in an office or shop at street level, it will also have to present its business licence.

If the company is operating out of a rented office or other space, it should present either the rental contract or a document certifying its activity at the address for which it is requesting the parking space.

What documentation must individual customers present?

Individuals applying for a space need only present their national identification card, since the City Council will check on their municipal residency at the address for which the space is being requested.

Why is it necessary to submit the number plates of vehicles that will be using the parking space?

Information about the number plates is needed for checking that all vehicles entering the car park comply with its rules of use. We have to be able to detect those responsible for uncivil behaviour and act accordingly, for the good of the other concession holders.
